Engagement scope

All projects begin with a signed proposal or statement of work outlining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

Payments

• - Invoices are issued as per milestone or monthly retainer terms.
• - Delayed payments may pause ongoing delivery and support.

Intellectual property

Final deliverables transfer to the client after full payment unless otherwise specified. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses.

Cultural design usage

Any adaptation of Sohrai-inspired motifs should follow collaborator attribution terms. Sacred or protected designs are excluded from commercial usage without explicit consent.

Limitation of liability

Sohrai Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including business interruption, platform policy changes, or third-party outages.
